Profile

Tal is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. She advises and leads complex real estate transactions and numerous projects from inception through completion and registration, including those in the planning and construction sectors. Her practice areas include, among others, collaboration agreements, option agreements, combination transactions, tenders, advising purchase groups and non-profit organizations, urban renewal projects, joint venture transaction agreements, drafting project support agreements with various financiers, contractor agreements, and development and construction agreements with local authorities.

In addition, Tal provides ongoing legal counsel to real estate companies and developers. She assists her clients from the initial due diligence regarding property rights, through the purchase/sale of land as part of a foundational transaction, to planning and permitting—including the advancement of urban renewal plans—and through all stages of project construction and execution, financial financing, unit sales, occupancy, as well as the implementation of consolidation and subdivision processes in real estate and condominium registration.

As part of her work, Tal regularly engages with financing entities (such as banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions), various authorities (including local municipalities, the Israel Land Authority, and the Real Estate Registration Office), and planning bodies. She represents her clients before these organizations, including in proceedings involving appeals and objections.
