Efrat is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice includes representing corporations and individuals in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation before all judicial instances and in arbitration proceedings.
Throughout her years at the firm, Efrat has gained extensive experience handling complex litigation cases, including corporate law, telecommunications, class actions, international arbitrations, complex contractual disputes, appeals and petitions before the Supreme Court, and administrative petitions.
In recent years, Efrat has been involved in high-profile cases, including representing businessman Gad Ze’evi in a lawsuit against eight banks. This resulted in a precedent-setting ruling awarding approximately NIS 290 million and a landmark decision on banking loan agreements. She also represented Caesarstone Ltd. in an arbitration case worth approximately NIS 400 million and Yitzhaki Group in a claim and counterclaim worth approximately NIS 700 million against the Israel Land Authority. Additionally, she has represented Partner Communications in petitions to the High Court of Justice against the Ministry of Communications, the Carmel Winery Growers’ Association in a class action alleging minority oppression, and Shafran Publicity Ltd. in administrative petitions concerning the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation’s advertising services tender.
