The Tax department and Labor department of EBN, has recently published a client update, asking employers to inform their employees that parents of children with learning disabilities, who meet certain criteria, are eligible to receive 2 yearly credit points from the Israeli Tax Authority. In addition, parents who are entitled to those credit points are entitled to a retroactive tax refund for 6 years prior to the date of application.
