The Tax department of EBN has recently published a client update about the Memorandum of Law for Financial Year 2015. The client update includes an overview of the changes made in tax legislation according to the memorandum and the new Angels law. The client update also includes an explanation of the new procedure published by the Israeli Tax Authority regarding voluntary disclosure. This procedure regulates filing anonymous and voluntary disclosure requests and requests made by the shortened track.
