Sirius Acquires Shares of the Phoenix Holdings from Delek Holdings

Our firm represented the insurance company Sirius, in the acquisition of shares of The Phoenix Holdings, from its controlling shareholder Delek Holdings. The transaction valued The Phoenix Holdings at NIS 4.8 billion and included an initial acquisition of 4.9% of Phoenix and an option to purchase Delek’s remaining shares (47.4%).
Sirius was represented by Advocates Doni Toledano, Roy Caner, Lior Oren, Naama Levy, Peter Teishev, Dana Leshem and Iris Kushel from our firm.
