Shikun & Binui has signed a one-billion-Nis financing deal to fund a real estate project in Ben Shemen

We are proud to represent our client, Shikun & Binui Real Estate LTD, in the signing of a financing agreement with the Phoenix insurance company LTD in the amount of approximately one billion NIS (the biggest financing in the history of the phoenix) to fund a real estate project in the new neighborhood “Nofey Ben Shemen” located in the eastern part of Lod.
Shikhun and Binui was represented by partner Itay Chelouche, senior associate Barak Perry, and associates Yoni Shaoul and Elinor Levy from our Real Estate Department.
