Israeli cybersecurity co Perception Point raises $28m

Red Dot Capital, ngp capital and Bank Hapoalim Complete a Series C investment round in total of $28 Million in Perception Point Ltd., a leading cyber-security company.
The round was led by Red Dot Capital with the participation of other investors, including Pitango, and State of Mind Ventures.
Red Dot Capital, NGP Capital, and Bank Hapoalim were represented by partners Roy Caner and Yael Benyayer (Corporate Department), together with associate Bar Kram (Corporate Department), Eyal Birenberg, LL.M., LL.B. (Senior associate in the Labor Department), Lior Etgar (partner and head of the Privacy Department) and intern Roni Ben Ivri.
