Proud to have represented our client Recolabs in its USD 30 million Series A financing round, co-led by Insight Partners and Zeev Ventures with participation of BoldStart, Angular Ventures, Jibe Ventures, CrewCapital and Cyber Club London.
Recolabs, a cyber security company, uses AI to map a company’s data sharing and provides secure services for cloud collaboration tools.
Recolabs was represented by Partner Viva Gayer and Associate Sarai Barzel Galil from our Hi-Tech, Corporate and M&A Department, and legal intern Amit Davidson.
