Proud to have represented our client, Permira Growth, in an acquisition, through a secondary transaction, of shares in BioCatch Ltd.
This was the first-ever investment of the Permira Growth fund in an Israeli company.
BioCatch develops a product for the financial markets that verifies identities through behavioral biometrics using artificial intelligence.
Permira was represented by Partners Doni Toledano and Roy Caner, and Associate Amit Horovitz, of our Corporate, Hi-Tech and M&A Department, Partners Dr. Eran Lampert and Tal Alon of our Tax Department, and intern Yarden Dover.
