In October 2017, our firm represented Magma Ventures Partners, Vertex Venture Capital, SBI Group and Samsung in the sale of their entire holdings in Argus Cyber Security Ltd. to Continental Automotive Holding Netherlands B.V, in a transaction valued at $ 430M in cash.
Argus engages in the protection of connectivity platforms of vehicles from cyber-attacks.
The funds were represented by partners Roy Caner and Viva Gayer, and attorneys Amichai Perry and Eyal Wiesel.
