Proud to have represented our client Guesty in its USD 170 million Series E financing round, co-led by Apax Digital Funds, MSD Partners, and Sixth Street Growth, together with existing investors including Viola Growth and Flashpoint.
Guesty has developed a property management platform for short term rentals and has become a global leader in the hospitality industry, with clients in over 80 countries.
Guesty was represented by partners Roy Caner and Jonathan Achiron, associates Shmarya Green and Amit Horovitz, and interns Stav Levy and Ariella Mankowitz from our Hi-Tech, Corporate and M&A Department with the assistance of Eyal Birenberg on labor issues and Lior Etgar on Privacy.
