Representing Brandeed in its series seed financing

We are happy to have represented our client, Nilos (Brandeed Ltd.), in its Series Seed financing round of $5 Million.
Nilos developed a platform which, amongst other, connects crypto wallets, bank accounts and PSPs through one interface, and manages operations such as #tracking income, reconciling money flows and making payments across crypto and fiat seamlessly.
Nilos was represented by partners Roy Caner and Yael Benyayer from our HiTech, Corporate and M&A Department.
