Representing Amiti Ventures in Flow Security’s $10M Seed Round

We are excited to have represented our client Amiti Ventures in leading the seed financing of Flow Security of $10 Million, alongside other investors including Amdocs Ventures. Flow Security developed a revolutionary platform that analyzes data not only at-rest but also in-motion to secure data wherever it flows, and unveils sensitive data throughout the environment (including inside and outside the public cloud and on-prem). The platform further detects, eliminates and prevents data risks and breaches.
Amiti Ventures was represented by Partners Roy Caner and Yael Benyayer, of our Corporate, Hi-Tech and M&A Department.
