Snyk Acquires Israeli Start-Up Helios to Enhance Code Security Platform
Our firm was honored to represent Amiti Ventures in selling its portfolio company, Helios, to Snyk.
Snyk has acquired Israeli start-up Helios for tens of millions of dollars to expand its code security platform, providing comprehensive protection throughout the application’s lifecycle from development to cloud deployment. This acquisition, Snyk’s second in Israel following Enzo Security in 2023, will integrate Helios’ team and technology, offering better real-time insights into app behavior. Founded in 2021, Helios raised $5 million in a seed round, while Snyk, founded in 2015, has raised $1.2 billion to date. This move strengthens Snyk’s position as a leader in code security, enhancing its ability to protect enterprise applications.
