Representation of Tyson Ventures, S2G Ventures, and Agrinnovation Fund, in an investment in Future Meat Technologies
In April 2018, our firm represented Tyson Ventures, together with the S2G Ventures, and Agrinnovation Fund, in an approximately $2 million investment in Future Meat Technologies. Future Meat Technologies is a Jerusalem-based biotechnology company advancing a distributive manufacturing platform for the cost-efficient, non-GMO production of meat directly from animal cells, without the need to raise or harvest animals.
Tyson Ventures, S2G Ventures, and Agrinnovation Fund were represented by Roy Caner, the head of EBN’s Hi-tech department, and attorneys Jonathan Achiron and Bar Kram.
