Representation of TLV Partners in a round C investment in Scylla DB
In April 2018, our firm represented TLV Partners, as the lead investor in a US$10 million (round C) equity investment in Scylla DB Ltd. Existing investors have participated in the investment, among them were Western Digital (SanDisk), Bessemer Venture Partners, Qualcomm Ventures and Magma Venture Partners.
Scylla engages in the development of a real-time “big-data” database, which allows a substantial reduction of the required available hardware resources, leading to a dramatic reduction in total cost of ownership of its customers systems.
TLV Partners was represented by Roy Caner, the head of EBN’s Hi-tech department, and attorneys Amichai Perry and Yael Gershon.
