In August 2019, our firm represented Vertex Ventures and Emerge Fund, in an investment and secondary purchase of shares of Axonius (Round B), led by OpenView, in an aggregate amount of USD 20 million (Round B).
Axonius provides a solution to cybersecurity asset management and policy enforcement
Vertex and Emerge were represented by Roy Caner, the head of EBN’s Hi-tech department, and attorney Amichai Perry.
