In April 2019, our firm represented TLV Partners, Magma Venture Capital and Emerge Fund in a $25 million investment (round B) led by Square Peg in Aidoc Medical Ltd.
Aidoc develops healthcare-grade Artificial Intelligence based software. The technology analyzes medical imaging to provide solution for detecting acute abnormalities across the body, helping radiologists prioritize life threatening cases and expedite patient care.
TLV Partners, Magma Venture Capital and Emerge Fund were represented by Roy Caner, the head of EBN’s Hi-tech department, and attorney Maram Hasan.
