Our firm represented Solel Boneh, a private company wholly owned by Shikun & Binui Ltd., a publicly traded company and one of Israel’s leading infrastructure and real estate groups, in the acquisition of Menorah Izu Aharon Ltd., a private company specializing in installation, integration and maintenance of electro mechanic, electricity and other infrastructure systems.
Solel Boneh was represented by partners Doni Toledano and Roy Harash, and attorneys Roee Weinberger, Guy Engel, Kay Geller and Inna Gorin Ingram.
