Representation of Milgrom family in lawsuit against Technion

Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. represented the Milgrom family in a lawsuit against the Technion, its R&D foundation and one of its researchers. The plaintiffs claim that Technion researchers manipulated research and experiment result, in order to present the commercial potential of the technology they have developed, in order to attract millions of dollars in investments.
The Milgrom family was represented by Giora Erdinast, Arik Brenneisen and Tal Erdinast.
