We represent Megalim Solar Power Ltd., in the development of a 121MW Solar Energy Thermal Power Station in Ashalim Plot B, Israel. Once completed it will be one of the most advanced and sophisticated renewable energy projects in Israel and one of the most innovative projects globally.
Head of our Project Finance department, Jonathan Finklestone, who leads the legal team advising the project, pointed out: “this amazing thermo project is grabbing the attention of the world and places Israel at the heart of the green revolution.”
The Project has also been shortlisted for deal of the year by the IFLR.
