The Mediterranean Car Agency Group has acquired the import activity of Chrysler brands (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram). The transaction takes place as the result of Fiat’s global acquisition of Chrysler and Fiat’s desire to consolidate all of its brands’ activities into a single importer.
The Mediterranean Car Agency Group, importer of Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Subaru to Israel, was represented by a team of EBN lawyers, including: Doni Toledano, Dan Sella, Amichai Perry, Karin Rotenberg, Michal Rothschild, Ortal Ben-Aharon, Miriam Kleinberger-Attar and Noa Geva.
