In March 2019, our firm represented Guesty Inc., a developer of property management business solutions, in a capital raising of approximately $35 million. The investment was led by Viola Growth and joined by Vertex Ventures, Journey Ventures, Kingfisher Equity Partners, and La Maison, and also included existing investors Magma Ventures and TLV Partners.
Guesty was represented by our Partners Roy Caner and Jonathan Achiron, attorney Shir Rogers, and intern Daniel Barnea.
