Our firm assisted in the formation of Eppur Group Limited (which is registered in Gibraltar), an innovative start-up, and represented Eppur in its initial capital raising in the amount of USD 22 million, in consideration of newly issued shares of Eppur. The shares constitute approximately 30% of the share capital of Eppur post-closing. We also represented Eppur in the purchase of substantially all of the shares of White Robot
