In October 2018, our firm represented Emerge Fund, a leading venture capital fund, in an US$18.5 million (round B) equity investment in Cognata Ltd., led by Scale Venture Partners, along with Airbus and Maniv Mobility.
Cognata provides a driving validation platform for the autonomous vehicles industry.
Emerge was represented by Roy Caner, the head of EBN’s Hi-tech department, and attorney Amichai Perry.
