Representation of Abraham Hostels In a Share Purchase Agreement

In February 2019, our firm represented Abraham Hostels, in a share purchase agreement followed by a secondary share purchase of shares in the aggregate amount of NIS 32 million by the impact fund Bridges Israel*.

Abraham Hostels currently operates 3 hostels in Israel located in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Nazareth, and a tour company offering tours across Israel, the west bank, Jordan, and Egypt designed for the independent traveler who is seeking to experience the atmosphere of the region, going beyond the regular tourist trail.

Abraham Hostels was represented by partner Yoav Dankner and attorneys Amichai Perry and Bar Kram.
