In May 2018, our firm represented Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI), in the sale of its entire holdings in BriefCam to Canon Inc. The value of the transaction was not publicly disclosed. BriefCam is a leading provider of video synopsis and deep learning solutions. Motorola Solutions was represented by partner Roy Caner, and attorney Jonathan Achiron.
