In February 2018, our firm represented Motorola Solutions, Inc. in a Seed Preferred equity investment round in Edgybees Ltd., which develops AR technologies for fast-moving platforms such as cars, airplanes and drones.
Among the additional investors who participated in this investment round are Verizon Ventures, the Israeli crowdfunding fund OurCrowd, and the capital venture funds 8VC, NFX and Aspect Ventures.
Motorola Solutions, Inc. was represented by Roy Caner, the head of EBN’s Hi-tech department and attorney Tal Mazurik Melnik.
