Our firm represented Mr. Moti Ben Moshe in his acquisition of Alon Blue Square.
The deal included acquisition of the holdings of Alon’s controlling shareholders for NIS 113.4 million, purchase of the public’s holdings and delisting of the company from the NYSE in addition to completing a debt settlement with Alon’s financial creditors for approximately NIS 1 billion.
