Product price marking obligations on sale

The Supreme court recently confirmed a district court’s decision, obligating a business owner to clearly sign the product’s purchase price after discount on the product itself. The court ruled that the Consumer Protection Law imposes such a duty for special sales that are longer than 35 days, while for special sales with shorter duration it is sufficient to post the discounted price on a nearby sign or shelf.
