The National Labor Court, in a precedent decision, approved the dismissal in limine of a motion to approve a class action in the amount of approximately 400,000,000 NIS against companies in the Shikun & Binui Group.
The court decided that in the present case, exceptional circumstances that justify the dismissal in limine, exist.
