- Representing a controlling shareholder of a major Israeli conglomerate in a battle for control worth hundreds of millions of US dollars. The dispute was settled by arbitration according to the ICC Rules.
- Representing a group of global corporations operating in finance and infrastructure embroiled in complex and high-value contractual disputes that were resolved in LCIA arbitrations in London.
- Representing an Israeli energy company in an ICC arbitration in London against a global oil & gas corporation for a sum of hundreds of millions of US dollars.
- Representing an Israeli automobile distribution company in an ad-hoc international arbitration in Italy, for a sum of tens of millions of US dollars, based on a claim concerning the valuation of a purchased enterprise.
