Our Practice

The involvement of a financial institution is a pivotal aspect in the realization of real estate projects in Israel, serving as a linchpin for securing the necessary financial resources. The complexity of these projects demands a nuanced approach to financing, considering factors such as project scale, financial viability, and risk management. Our firm’s Real Estate Financing practice embodies this understanding, offering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Representing a diverse clientele that includes banks and institutional investors as well as real estate developers and landowners, our team takes pride in its substantial and expansive Corporate Financing practice. We specialize in navigating the intricacies of real estate financing transactions and provide comprehensive support from negotiation to contract drafting.
