Offensive Security – Growth Investment by Spectrum

During July 2018, our firm represented the Offensive Security Group and its shareholders and founders, Iris and Mati Aharoni, in a growth investment by Spectrum Equity, with participation of TenEleven Ventures. The Offensive Security Group is an international group in the field of data security that provides training and certifications services, and distributes Kali Linux, a linux based operating system intended for penetration testing.
The Offensive Security Group and Iris and Mati Aharoni were represented by Adv. Doni Toledano, Adv. Roy Caner, Adv. Roee Weinberger, Adv. Kay Geller and interns Shir Edelman and Hadas Studnik.
