Sher Consulting & Training Ltd., sold all its shares to Mérieux NutriSciences Israel Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of Mérieux NutriSciences, a worldwide leader in improving food safety and quality through nutritional research, scientific excellence and innovation at every step of the food supply chain.
Sher Consulting & Training was represented by partner Yaron Sobol, attorneys Einat Amitay and Shere Danino from our Corporate and M&A Department.
