Our firm has advised Yum! Brands in the acquisition of Dragontail Systems regarding the aspects of Dragontail’s Israeli subsidiary.
Yum! Brands own over 50,000 restaurants, including Pizza Hut, KFC US and Taco Bell.
Dragontail is an Australian company traded in the Australian Stock Exchange that developed a platform that uses a sophisticated algorithm that optimizes and manages the entire food preparation process from order to delivery.
