Yochananof arming itself with NIS 350 million for expansion

Yochananof, a large Israeli food retail chain, raised NIS 350 million through issuing 1.8 million shares to institutional investors, reflecting a pre-raising company valuation of NIS 2.45 Billion (appx. USD 750 Million).

This investment raises the public’s holdings in the company to 30% so that it will not be excluded from the indices. About a week after the raising, the company was traded at a value of approximately NIS 3 billion.

The giant retailer was represented by attorneys Amnon Sorek, Moty Yamin and Hagar Guri from our firm.
