Kidan Dahari and Yaron Adiv’s Acquisition of of Ispro the Israeli Properties Rental Corporation Ltd. from Property and Building Corp. Ltd. in consideration of more than NIS 800 million, involving complex financing transactions with Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank and Reit1 Ltd. !
The purchasers were represented by partners Doni Toledano, Lior Oren, Dan Sella, Roy Gross, Irina (Iris) Kushel along with attorneys Alon Gibralter, Shir Benedik Rahav and Guy Engel, with the assistance of interns Yonatan Levy and Omri Gissin.
