We represented Vertex Ventures Israel in the sale of their portfolio company, Adaptive Shield, to CrowdStrike.

Adaptive Shield provides comprehensive security posture management and threat protection across SaaS identities, misconfigurations, and data, aiming to prevent SaaS breaches. Integrated into the CrowdStrike Falcon® cybersecurity platform, Adaptive Shield enhances CrowdStrike’s ability to address identity-based attacks across modern hybrid cloud environments.
