Israeli autonomous vehicle startup VayaVision acquired by Canada’s LeddarTech

LeddarTech, a leader in ADAS and AD technology, has developed a patented technology used to produce affordable, high-performance LiDAR solutions for ADAS and AD applications, including its unique LeddarEngine.
The transaction was led by Partners Yael Benyayer, Roy Caner, Viva Gayer and Nitzan Aberbach, along with attorneys Gad Keren, Naomi Govrin Schwartz, Eyal Birenberg, LL.M., LL.B. and Lior Etgar.
