Israeli digital farming co Taranis raises $30 million

It was our pleasure representing Vertex Growth Fund, K3 Ventures, and Hitachi Ventures, in their recent $30 #Million Preferred-C #investment in A.A.A Taranis Visual Ltd.
Taranis is a leading company that has developed a #digital #agronomy solution which, amongst others, and through the use of high-resolution imagery, identifies, analyzes, and treats early signs of crop threats to help farmers make informed decisions, lower costs and maximize yield.
The investors were represented by Partners Roy Caner and Yael Benyayer along with attorneys Maram Hasan, Eyal Birenberg, LL.M., LL.B., and Intern Bar Fenster.
