Tadiran enters the field of energy storage: acquires Aviam Systems for NIS 30 million

Aviem Systems Inc., a company engaged in the marketing of energy storage systems and uninterruptible power management (UPS) and charging of electric vehicles, has signed an agreement to purchase its full share capital by Tadiran Group Consumer and Technology Products Ltd.
Partner Yaron Sobol, attorney Einat Amitay and intern Yossi Benshimol, represented Aviem and its shareholders.
