Employers beware: strict ban or requiring criminal record information on employees and applicants entered into force

After its entry into force was postponed twice, the Criminal Information and Rehabilitation of Offenders Law, which prohibits employers from requiring job applicants or employees to provide information about their criminal record, entered into force on July 12, 2022.
