Israeli company SmarTap acquired by Masco Corporation

SmarTap A.Y Ltd., an innovative startup company that developed a technology for smart showers in the sale of its entire share capital to the leading American manufacturer Masco Corporation.
Masco Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of branded home improvement products, traded on the New York Stock Exchange and a Fortune 500 company. This was Masco’s first acquisition of this kind in Israel.
SmarTap was represented by Partners Doni Toledano, Viva Gayer and Yael Benyayer, together with Attorney Uri Bergman, and assisted by Attorneys Lior Etgar and Hadas Erenberg.
