Sigma Epsilon Power Engineering Ltd. sold its holdings (45%) in the Sogat Natural Gas Power Plant to Dor Alon Group, which became the sole holder of the Plant. Both the seller and the buyer agreed to be represented by our firm and we truly appreciate this expression of trust! Sigma Epsilon was represented by Uri Noy, Head of our Energy and Infrastructure Department, the Associate Bat El Eliaszada and the Intern Omer Groman.
