The Securities and Exchange Commission facilitates the swaps
As part of a series of measures initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission against the backdrop of the Corona crisis, institutional entities entering a share SWAP deal will no longer be considered as holding the shares themselves.
From now on, they are not required to report themselves as stakeholders, which may contribute to mitigating fluctuations in the capital market.
