Representing Helmsley Charitable Trust

Our firm represented the US-based Helmsley fund, the largest donor to the health care system in Israel, in a dispute with Barzilai Hospital, after Barzilai breached the donation agreements executed with the fund. Eventually all the demands of Helmsley were accepted and funds were returned to Helmsley according to its demands.
Helmsley was represented by Adv. Ran Sprinzak, partner and co-manager of the litigation department in our firm, and Adv. Gil Levkovitz, partner in the litigation department.
