Representing Guesty in a series of acquisitions
We are delighted to have represented Guesty in a series of acquisitions that included (i) the acquisition of assets from Kigo Inc., a US company, which included the purchase of the entire share capital of Kigo Rental Systems SL., its Spanish subsidiary; (ii) the acquisition of HiRUM (Australasia) Pty Ltd. and HiRUM Intellectual Pty Ltd., Australian companies; and (iii), in the acquisition of YieldPlanet S.A., a Polish company.
Guesty has developed an automated property management system for all stages of renting and hosting on a variety of online platforms.
Guesty was represented by partners Roy Caner and Jonathan Achiron, associates Shmarya Green, Amit Horovitz, Yonatan Levy, Amir Noy, and intern Ariella Mankowitz, all of EBN ‘s Mergers and Acquisitions and hi-tech department, as well as Lior Etgar, partner in EBN’s Privacy group.
