We are delighted to announce the completion of the sale of the Sugat Power Station by “Dor Alon” (controlled by Mr. Moti Ben Moshe), to OPC Group (controlled by Mr. Idan Ofer), for NIS 872.5 million.
Dor Alon was represented by Alon Binyamini, partner and co-head of our insolvency department, along with associates Mor Turgeman and Tomer Shaked, and with the participation of Michal Rothschild, partner and head of our antitrust and competition department, and legal interns Dana Harel and Asaf Gnnesin.
