We were happy to represent our client, ,Debiopharm Innovation Fund, in leading a USD 6 million Series Seed financing round in YonaLink Ltd.
YonaLink Ltd. develops a SaaS Platform that is providing missing link in clinical trial data collection, securely automating real-time transfer of up-to-date patient data directly from EHRs to EDC systems and brings new levels of speed, quality and efficiency to clinical trial data collection and validation across the globe and therapeutic areas.
Debiopharm Innovation Fund was represented by partner Roy Caner, associate Amit Horovitz and intern Elad Amir from our Hi-Tech, Corporate and M&A Department, Partner Eyal Birenberg, LL.M., LL.B.
